Sunday July 27 - WEEK ONE

Soooo....I jumped on the scale this morning and to much relief I lost 2 lbs this week!!! It has been difficult to get the running in without a jogging stoller, or gym membership...Matt's parents have a treadmill that I have to take advantage of...but we came to the conclusion yesterday that we are going to invest in a jogging stoller this week so we can both get out, exercise daily & gear up for this run!

A few things I am trying to remember : HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE! - I am horrible at remembering to keep hydrated not only throughout the day but also while I am working out! So the other morning I strapped Sydney into her stoller and we walked...and walked...and walked. I figured that if I can't run with her just yet...we will walk as often as we can. So I took my 24oz water bottle and challenged myself to drink the whole thing before we got home...which we did one hour later, with an empty water bottle. The other challenge is just to BE ACTIVE EVERDAY! No matter how tired I am when I get home from work, I have to think about the end result and get my butt back up to do something before I go to bed. This week I am going to take advantage of the pool and get some laps in...and continue walking as often as I can & remind myself to eat right when
I am craving something bad!

Previous Weight : Sunday July 20 = 177lbs
Current Weight : Sunday July 27 = 175
Goal Weight = 140-145lbs
